Rant 1.0 and perhaps a tv series from the 90’s if you’re interested in something a little gore/unusula (that was meant to be unusual but that’s a glorious typo)
However, I do warn you it is very intense if you choose to watch it. But, just as I predicted based on a screenshot, it is incredibly ironic… or more appropriately “wisecrack” and “sardonic”. Here’s a quote from the episode that the screenshot is from, “Life hasn’t been easy for model Helen. She is getting older and her dreams of hitting the big time are drying out. So when she finally gets the chance to take part in a beauty contest, she is determined to do ANYTHING in her hands to win.”
This would probably be a brilliant series to study in English, as it’s very meaty and has so much to offer, very thought provoking. Wow, even just that one screenshot (which lead me to investigate) had a powerful effect on me. If this isn’t long enough.. I’ll do the rest in a read more so you don’t have to listen to my rants.
